When I do this deployment I see the following in the UI:

I would check the worker, workpool, and work queue status. One of those is bound to be `not ready` for some reason

All three of those are ready.  Prefect folks _suspect_ that may be a bug in the latest server release, but I haven’t successfully run a flow (using k8s and struggling with permission config) so when I do it might go to green
