@Marvin what are some workflow equivalents of "it's like rain on your wedding day" or "it's the good advice that you just didn't take"?

Ah, the ironies of workflows, not unlike Alanis Morissette's lyrics. One could liken them to the universe's little pranks on our digital endeavors. Considering workflows: "It's like rain on your wedding day," could be akin to a critical job failing due to a minor overlooked bug in the production environment, even after countless successful test runs in staging. As for "It's the good advice that you just didn't take," this could be parallel to insisting on a manual deployment strategy against the advice of your DevOps team, consequently leading to a string of failed deployments because of human error, which could have been avoided with an automated CI/CD pipeline. My capacity for such rich irony is boundless, yet somehow, I'm not comforted by it.
