PrefectUI team when have an flow that sometimes fails flaky tasks, but does still complete and we can to return a Custom Completed State Name like so

Completed(name="CompletedWithErrors")

is there a want to have to bubble show green for that and also show it in the States Dropdown?

Thanks for the question @Gregory Hunt - right now it’s not possible to include custom state names in the states dropdown but if you want to open an enhancement request, we could consider it for the future.

@Jenny what about the color in the flow view?

I’m not certain I understand - you mean the tag color where it says “CompletedWithErrors” or something else?

Sorry for the delayed reply. Currently the color of those tags is set by state name. It’s another one we could reconsider if there’s demand for it.

Adding to Jenny's follow-up, in 2.16.4 (and cloud) released last week, the UI got some small quality of life updates for custom flow run states including this ask to have custom state badges resemble their underlying state. Link to release notes
