Hey Prefect team, would you please share additional information on the existing service outage? Particularly impact on Cloud customers (if any), what interference we should expect, and a eta on resolution. Much appreciated!

hi @KG - are you still seeing anything out of order? the fix should be implemented and released at this point
[Monitoring] We have identified the cause of the incident and have implemented a fix. We have seen error rates decrease across our services and will continue to monitor and verify that this has been resolved.
we've just moved this incident from monitoring to resolved - sorry about any inconvenience !

We're seeing contradictions in Flow Runs data and Flows not timing out appropriately. • Bunch of pending flows but it doesn't appear that its a new issue for us.
