When I first tried to login, a free account with random words was created. This is now my handle in our company account, making it harder to see who created/triggered flows as it shows these random words as my handle instead of the compressed email everyone else has. Could I get some help with trying to fix this so it becomes more observable when I do stuff in our account?

Hey! If you go your profile on the bottom left and then hit the edit button from the 3dot menu in the top right you should be able to edit your handle yourself.
