Are there any existing blocks/integrations/whatever that would let me publish to kafka/azure event hub as an automation action?

Hey max - depending on your scale requirements, you could call a webhook, or potentially kick off a flow that publishes.

okay great yeah, if you were super firehose, flow start times or image pull times could get in the way, but this sounds like it might work well.
