hi all i'm trying to `pip install prefect` but getting `pendulum` dependency errors. i'm within a virtual environment (`Python 3.12.0`). i understand that the latest prefect is pinned to `pendulum < 3.0.0`, so not sure if i should install a specific pendulum version

is `pendulum &lt; 3.x` valid for python 3.12? seems maybe not <https://github.com/python-poetry/poetry/issues/8648>

Yeah. Prefect doesn’t yet support Python 3.12. We’re working on support now. You can follow the PR <https://github.com/PrefectHQ/prefect/pull/11306|here>.
