Hello, channel. I'm struggling to get a colleague set up to use Prefect Cloud. Several times over the past week, I've sent a Prefect invitation to the email address that he and his team are using for their shared service account. However, none of the email invitations are in the service account's inbox, and they can't be found in spam or any other locations where blocked or filtered messages go. Test emails sent to the same service account email address have been received successfully. Furthermore, a test invitation to Prefect sent to another colleague via a different email address arrived successfully. Questions: 1. How can I confirm that the invitation emails to the service account are, indeed, being sent? 2. What sort of data on email invitations is available (e.g., datetime sent, success or failure, etc.)? Thanks in advance.
