Does this feature `Add the ability to publish Infrastructure blocks as work pools — #11180` let me turn an `ECSTask` directly into a Work Pool?  So like could I do
```ecs_task_block = ECSTask(**full_ecs_args)
ecs_task_block.publish_as_work_pool("ecs_task_block")```
?

tried `publish_as_work_pool` and it didn't work, made an Issue for it <https://github.com/PrefectHQ/prefect-aws/issues/362>
