Hi team, we were looking to change the email address of our Prefect account, it looks like we were able to change the email log in but not the one that actually receives the emails... is there a way i can get some help?

Hi @Florentino Bexiga depending on your account type, the simplest way might be to invite the new email address as an admin and then remove the old one.
Let us know if that doesn’t work for you and we can see about next steps.

I'm not finding where to manage other users/invites, so'm i'm guessing my account type doesn't support it

Florentino, just to confirm, you can manage users and invites by clicking on the workspace dropdown, then clicking the gear icon next to the name of the workspace you want to manage. Then there'd be a Members page. If you can't see those, is there another person in your organization that's an admin of your Prefect workspace?

i wasn't looking in the right place, thank you however this is getting weirder for me: • i have two workspaces, a Free and a Pro • i can't delete the Free one • the Free one is the one that allows more users, while the Pro one has no more slots available • i can't change the Organization Name on either • the only member on both is the "new" email i use to log in, which i'm unable to change, however the magic link goes to the "old" email, which i'm also unable to change
ok i think i understand now, the Free one isn't a workspace, it's the account? still, if I need to add a 79$ slot to be able to change the email address, something is very wrong
