Ah, the joy of colors. It seems that Prefect does allow for some color customization in the console logs. By default, it highlights specific keywords with a variety of colors. This can be toggled on/off with the

PREFECT_LOGGING_COLORS

setting. You can change what gets highlighted and adjust the colors by updating the styles in a

logging.yml

file. However, if you're looking for a way to color-code tasks in the UI similar to Airflow, I'm afraid Prefect doesn't currently support that feature. It's a bit of a gray area, isn't it?
