Prefect Community

Are there any issues with Prefect Cloud at the moment? None of our flows have triggered in the last ~hour, and I'm unable to access our workspaces (When I log in I'm being prompted to create a new workspace).

There's nothing showing on <https://prefect.status.io> , but there's something not right.

I don’t see anything on our end indicating an outage.
Logins are case sensitive however - what mechanism are you using to login, and is it one you use routinely?

I use email + email link to log in. But when logging in it’s prompting me to create new workspaces, and even a new org as though I’m signing up for the first time.

My engineer says she can log in ok, so must something specific to me (and we’re the admins, so no one would have revoked access).

If you can send me your e-mail (dm is fine) I can share it with the team to investigate further. Is this something that started recently for you?
