Hey Prefect,

I am testing out some pydantic v2 stuff from the recent release, starting a :thread:

just some random warnings, all else seems fine so far ( nothing fancy )

```Warning!  Failed to load collection 'prefect_aws': PydanticUserError: If you use `@root_validator` with pre=False (the default) you MUST specify `skip_on_failure=True`. Note that `@root_validator` is deprecated and should be replaced with `@model_validator`.```

in fact, all these warnings are from `prefect_aws`

Hey guys, any idea when this might become a real release?

I have been running locally with no issues except 100's of warnings. I am waiting to merge a marvin project into prod when this is legit.

Giving it a week for the brave few to :shaking-angry-fist: at us before making all our dreams come true
