Hi team!

I have the question regarding API limits.

1) `Flow, flow run, and task run rate limits`  — are those limits includes API methods to retrieve connection blocks data?
2) `Log service rate limits` — each new line in logs counts?

I believe that those limits apply to any action that can be taken on a flow, flow run, or task (creation, deletion, state changes, etc.). I don't believe retrieving block data is included.

Yes, my understanding is that each log counts towards the limit.
