Hi 👋 We have seem to stopped getting alert emails that was sent by an Automation.
For example, this automation:

This is the block:

A failed run (out of many) that failed today, and we didn’t got email:
CleanShot 2023-09-12 at 18.00.55@2x.jpg
Also just to clarify, it just stopped sending email completely few days ago.

Hey yaron, weird. This all seems to be working fine on my side. Just to get the stupid question out of the way first - is there any way your email server blocked our emails? want to try with a different email or mine real quick?

ok so let me check. It might be a bug in our company email yuvital.com
Is there any chance that the combination of email outgoing from Prefect into the yuvital.com domain is blocked somehow along the way?
(I’ve also got the alert email you’ve got to my private email yaronlevi02@gmail.com)

Nothing on this end looks like that would be the case. Sorry, not really sure what the next steps may be. Can you try a few random things that may help us deduce the cause • send to a different address in that domain • send to just that address, not others • …?

Is there any check you can make from your side? meaning from the email service Prefect is using to send emails. Maybe there is a log about those emails that failed and the root cause for this?

Hi, about a month ago our email service provider received this when trying to send you emails.

and you were automatically placed on an exclusion list. I've removed the following emails from the list:

Maybe it will be a good idea to add some kind a notification for the user when this happens.
