Prefect Community

In the definition of <https://docs-v1.prefect.io/api/latest/run_configs.html#vertexrun|vertex run> the example definition was for Google's "<https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/general-purpose-machines|e2-standard-4>" which is a google cloud machine type, so I assumed it was a solution for GCP. (Though I didn't see it written it directly)
But the rest of the links (To <https://boto3.amazonaws.com/v1/documentation/api/latest/reference/services/ecs.html#ECS.Client.register_task_definition|workerPoolSpec>, <https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonECS/latest/userguide/task-cpu-memory-error.html|machine_types> and <https://boto3.amazonaws.com/v1/documentation/api/latest/reference/services/ecs.html#ECS.Client.register_task_definition|CustomJobSpec>) are to the AWS documentation.

Is this a GCP solution and the link are relevant to both platforms somehow?
