I have done the year update and if I have port 4200 enabled, and this happens to me when I start the server with: prefect server start

What do you get when you `pip freeze | grep anyio`?

If you uninstall prefect and reinstall the latest, you should get the correct version of anyio.

If not you can try uninstall anyio and manually installing the anyio to a version &lt; 4.0.0
