hey all - its looking like `anyio==4.0.0` includes <https://github.com/PrefectHQ/prefect/issues/10567|some breaking changes for prefect >

while we're working on a fix, you can pin your deps to `anyio&lt;4.0.0`

A similar incident happened with pydantic. I recommend we freeze all library versions in requirements file for prefect. Just a thought
