Anyone else's flows being stuck in 'Pending' state? They were running fine earlier. Is it some sort of limit I've run into by any chance on the free tier?

Yes, it is healthy. Evem restarted my worker to be sure.

Sometimes ecs push worker stuck in the `pending` state forever. (probability 1%)
I couldn't find a clue why it happens.

Automation helped me to resolve this, but it feels like a temporary workaround

I solved it by re-creating new gitlab access token and restarting deployment from scratch. Now it's running again.
