Noticed this morning that `Notifications` tab was added to Prefect Cloud UI once again. I thought this tab was merged with `Automations` a few months back? Why is it back now?

Thanks for calling this out <@U02ATDLD4HG>. We've been cleaning up old feature flags and this route still existed. The feature flag cleanup revealed the nav item. We're working to remove it now.
