APIs. Is that the plan still? For the example shared here: https://github.com/zzstoatzz/prefect-monorepo/blob/2b221c8371a63da1a05f0ab08dded8e37a1ef4f8/prefect.yaml#L30, the syntax in the yaml file is somewhat too arbitrary to me and if that, I would rather prefer python APIs. Also do we have any formal docs on those syntax (e.g.

schedule: *every_10_minutes

or

every_ten_minutes: &every_10_minutes

)?
