For workers and agents running on EC2, ECS etc.. is there any metadata saved to the flow_run regarding which machine or task_id it was run on?

By default, I don't believe so. but you could always have a flow run log / otherwise report details about the machine it finds itself running on do you have a specific use case in mind?
