Prefect is very intentionally Python native, so I don’t expect so
is there a use case in particular for this support?

The first block of this callout on prefect.io ’s website is what made me think other languages would be supported. The use case is currently I’m using temporal.io for Golang and I actually like the simplicity of Prefect’s framework. Temporal is great for application logic and statefulness, but Prefect solves a different problem in a more direct manner.

Hi @datamongus - we don't have this on the short-term roadmap, but better support for other languages is something that we at one point had talked about doing. It is unlikely that we would ever support Go as we support Python today, but you can experiment with orchestrating containers/possibly using one of the python wrappers for Go
