Hi, a short and rather simple question, I have agents deployed on both linux and Windows servers and a prefect server deployed on top of EKS, now the agents are deployed in a whole different account then the EKS, basically for communication of the agents with the server I will need only to open connectivity from the agents to the server, right? The polling is done only one-way, right?
