Hi all, our prefect 1.0 cloud account was switched from standard to free which has cause our flows to pause. Is there anyone who could help us out?
I was able to resolve this by upgrading our account, but could anyone give insight why we were moved to the free tier?

Hi @John Mizerany - we can look into it. We didn't change any license tiers. Is it possible that your payment method failed 3x or expired?
When a payment method fails 3x in Prefect Cloud 1, the tenant is moved back to the Free tier
