Prefect Community

My microphone died at the end. I was going to ask you why did prefect cloud UI changed back to having deployments in the menu, few weeks ago you had them shown in the flow page connected to flow, now they are separate again

Great question… it’s the result of user feedback (and internal debate). Let’s me find the specific reasoning

A lot of the feedback was that having parent flows and subflows split out made it hard to navigate the new flows page.

But essentially, we (and users) weren’t happy enough with the new design so we’re listening to the feedback and re-evaluating.

That is good, nice to hear that. For our use case, the connected flow -&gt; deployment thing was better because we only had 1:1 ratio of flows/deployments but I can see in other cases how it wouldn't be so good. It's nice to see the product (cloud UI) changing in front of your eyes constantly, but just be aware that you are confusing users too if you are doing it too much and too drastically :slightly_smiling_face:
