on prefect 1 it runs ok, but when a migrated to prefect 2 the flow keep run infinite, never end, its only a shell command but i dont know why it stuck

Unsure on what this command exactly does, could you shed some light on what you are trying to accomplish with this flow? There are ways to combat long running flows, you could set up an automation to clean up stuck flows that are acting odd
