Was there a breaking change recently with automations? Since April 17th I haven't received any notifications from crashed flows, even though I see some in the UI.

Are you sure they are really crashed or is that just displayed in the UI? We have many flows that get shown as crashed but are actually running just fine.

I don't know, but it's a weird coincidence that all our 4 workspaces with different automations id all stopped working on the same date.

Hi Jean-Michel, I believe there was a partial service degradation at this time - the team is actively working on scaling this system out, and reliability will be improving as early as this week.
