<@U039EAZDSBZ> I need to send info to cloudwatch when state changes ,I'm looking for documentation around that area,where in Prefect1 we did make use of statehandler and now it is deprecated right as part of Prefect2?

Instead of a `state_handler` param you would now pass in `on_failure`, `on_completion`, and/or `on_crashed`
