Prefect Community

Hello, just wanted to confirm:  did the block names in the latest version of prefect become unique ? I can't use the same block if the block slugs are different ?
Previously on prefect ~2.10.0 I was able to create:
```block_slug_1/block_name_1
block_slug_2/block_name_1```
(I'm on latest prefect 2.10.6 right now)
