Has anyone tried to use cockroach instead of postgres?

Quick read up on the weird named database says that stored procs arent supported. Also, Prefect uses
pgtrgm
extension which i am not sure can be installed in it.
Either way I would not stray away from officially supported database esp. when dealing with production environment. You never know when an issue might pop up.
