hi @Scott Condo - would you be able to share your agent logs during a failure? that's likely to offer the most insight as to whats going wrong worth mentioning that there's a helm chart for the prefect kubernetes worker, which may make things easier for you to manage

I ended up resolving it! It was a simple infrastructure issue. The pod_timeout_time was default set to 60 seconds. The error being thrown did not signify that whatsoever, but I was able to resolve it by increasing pod_timeout_time! Thanks a bunch for responding!
