it looks like sometimes the worker process loses connection to the server, does anyone else have this problem? I'm using the chart here https://github.com/PrefectHQ/prefect-helm/blob/main/charts/prefect-worker/Chart.yaml. the work pool becomes unhealthy every few hours without warning and I have to kick the worker
