Hi! I've been working in local for a little while, I had earlier been able to deploy and run flows using Google Cloud Run, but I'm recently encountering the following error:
```Submission failed. AttributeError: 'Resource' object has no attribute 'jobs'```
I'm using `prefect_gcp` version `0.3.0` in my agent, and targetting Prefect Cloud. Has anyone seen similar behavior?

Hey Miguel! For what it's worth, I think that perfect-gcp is now at `v0.4.0` . I'd recommend installing the new version and seeing if the error persists.

Just to clarify, you're following the steps from our <https://prefecthq.github.io/prefect-gcp/#test-the-deployment|collection docs to test the deployment>, correct?
