i'm having a bit of issues with the docs, i'm on the latest version of prefect and i don't understand why not all of the methods that are documented in docs are actually present when trying to use the prefect cli, here for example trying to use prefect cloud cli.. ex: where is the

check_key_is_valid_for_login

call or all the other ones that are in the docs but not actually available in the api
