Hey everyone. I am Ishan Koradia, we are using prefect to run our data pipelines. We were hoping to have Discord notifications on prefect. I don't see that feature in prefect as off now. I am willing to contribute. How should I proceed ?

Here’s an example PR where a Mattermost notification integration was added to Prefect. It should act as a good guide for a Discord implementation. If you have any questions, let me know!
