Hi all, what's the best practice around using RDS postgres database authentication for Prefect Agents on AWS? Do folks use IAM database authentication or Postgres Native Authentication?

Hi Everyone, we have a prefect server running on Kubernetes, setup was done using the HELM Chart. Everything is running smoothly but occasionally we would get this error

urllib3.exceptions.ReadTimeoutError: HTTPConnectionPool(host='prefect-apollo.prefect', port=4200): Read timed out. (read timeout=15)

This happens especially when we use the Task StartFlowRun it does not happen very often , but I was wondering if there was a way to force retry or if anyone knows why this would be happening? Thanks

Hey Guys, I’m just getting started with prefect and I have a flow that uses custom modules. These modules are in the same directory as my flow script, and I do several

from my_module import my_function

within the flow script. Now here’s the thing; I have registered the flow and started my local agent. When I try to trigger the job to run from the prefect UI, I get the message:

Failed to load and execute flow run: FlowStorageError('An error occurred while unpickling the flow:\n ModuleNotFoundError("No module named \'extract_strings\'")\nThis may be due to a missing Python module in your current environment. Please ensure you have all required flow dependencies installed.')

The `extract_strings`function is defined in another module in the same director. Can anyone help?

Is it possible to stop a task map if any of the calls fail?

I'm trying to attach job variables to a specific deployment run using the UI. When I use

Variable.get("var")

it's null when the flow runs. My job variable for that deployment is

{ "var":"test" )

. Is there a different approach I should take?
