How many hours/days in advance are auto-scheduled flow runs visible in the UI?

My Prefect account recently added SSO with SCIM, and the "Last Login" value on the "Members" screen doesn't seem to update anymore. Screenshot included below.

It would be nice if the page for specific flow runs (eg:

Flow Runs / random-name

), included the selected tab state (

Logs

,

Task Runs

etc.) in the URL. Myabe then we could share a link to all the failed task runs for a particular flow run easily

Are there features not supported by prefect server that are supported by Prefect Cloud? We would like to deploy Prefect Cloud on Kubernetes in test, and maybe use a manage version for production

Are there any guides to understanding the radar menu? I understand prefect 2 is more flexible and “DAG-less” but I am having a hard time visualizing the dependencies without running tasks. Running the whole flow to view this isn’t going to be reasonable for longer-running flows while developing. Prefect 1's UI was much stronger in this regard.

Hi, I have noticed in my Prefect 2.4.2 installed version that • I am no longer able to view/see logs of running or even completed successful flows, over prefect cloud UI. • Please see image below which is showing "`This run did'nt generate logs`" whereas I do include logging statements in all my flow scripts. • Same goes for flow scripts that I published almost 3 months back and they used to show me logging statement in same box but now those tasks are also showing same black box with same message that is seen in image below Does anyone experience the same, for prefect version quoted at start of my message above OR can guide me here on this Logging issue over UI ? Hi all, not sure this belongs here. How are you dealing with non-descriptive error messages when starting a flow-run? All I get is "Submission failed" and no error message (see img). I've got the work queue agent set to debug and it's not showing anything out of the ordinary. It fails also pretty inconsistently, like every other time.

Hi everyone, I'm in the process to migrate from Prefect 1 to 2 and I have to say, at least for me, new Radar charts is more difficult to read then the original DAG view from version 1. I appreciate that there are cases when dependencies may not fit into DAG logic, but for all pipelines I run it makes more sense to see a flow from top to bottom. In a way it helps to: • visualize the logic (raw data, clean data, model calibration, generate reports) • check whether your decency code is doing what you want it to do I have to say that using Prefect instead of Airflow for my new company was partly driven by much more straight forward UI. So the question is really whether there is a plan to add an option to visualize a flow in a tree like graph?

Seems like selecting tags in the Flow Runs page in Prefect 2 cloud no longer works. If you click on a tag in the drop down it does nothing.

Hi I just installed prefect 2 on EC2. I'm having trouble with the settings, it seems like the dashboard will run if I set PREFECT_API_URL to "http://<ec2 ipv4 address>:4200/api", but the agent will only work if I set PREFECT_API_URL tp "http://0.0.0.0:4200/api". Any thoughts? Am I using the wrong setting(s) here? I've also set these: PREFECT_ORION_API_HOST = "0.0.0.0" PREFECT_ORION_API_PORT = "4200" Thanks.

I’m playing with the new timeline view in 2.7.8 and the gap between the view and the logs seem to change when I switch tabs, anyone else experiencing this?

When I am in Prefect 2 cloud and click on “Workspace Collaborators” I get taken to a 404 page. I am not sure if this is because I don’t have the right permissions or if there is something else going on?

Cloud UI Feature Request: Is it possible to emphasize the Deployment name on the flow runs and flow run pages? I have multiple deployments of the same flow for different clients with different parameters/schedules and it would be very helpful to be able to easily differentiate between them. With Prefect 1, I had a separate flow for each so it wasn't an issue

Question...I find that when I run the prefect orion server, I am able to go directly to the UI without any credentials. Is there a way to set up users and credentials in the UI so only certain users can get access? This is on local prefect, not cloud. Thanks.

Hi all, a very minor question, but to some quiet important. Today, upon logging into prefect 2 my UI was in dark mode. I am on mac, and have my system preferences set to dark mode. A colleague on windows would like to use dark mode, but I do not see a way to set this manually inside the prefect cloud UI. Any thoughts?
